Review: X-Men Days Of Future Past

X-Men: Days of Future Past is sort of another prequel movie that is a sequel to the first prequel film, X-Men First Class. The Future Past storyline is from the classic comics and cartoon series but it was revamped to correlate better with the first class film.

They call it X-Men: Days of Future Past, but they should just call it the Wolverine Part 4, seriously! How many movies are they going to make based around this one character? The original storyline wasn't based around wolverine by the way. Sure the movie was great and action packed, but the title is X-MEN! If this movie was a song it would be performed by The Wolverine featuring The X-Men.

Overall the movie was a great movie, I was kind of disappointed that it's not available in IMAX though. A movie like this would be astonishing in IMAX. The special effects and action sequences are some of the best I've seen in a recent film.

There is a bonus scene after the ending credits but it's pretty lackluster. You will probably stay after to watch and then just be upset that you waited for it.

The movie kept me very entertained and awake, despite the aspect of being another history lesson about Wolverine, it was well worthwhile and it is Terry McFly Approved.
