Terry's Fashionably Random Meet & Greets: Fashion Week Spring 2012

This year's fashion week has been a surreal experience, I had the opportunity to meet so many designers, stylists, and celebrities. Here's a small compilation of some of the familiar people I met, I obviously couldn't take photos of every single person I saw but having some photos is better than having no photos. Also, stay tuned for the Fashion's Night Out video, which should be posted later on this week.

NYFW Spring 2012 Recap: The Arise Magazine Presentation

Due to lack of storage space, I could only capture a limited amount of footage at this show since it was on the last day of fashion week as well. This show was my favorite presentation of fashion week, it was a refreshing experience. All African designers and some of the most colorful pieces.  There was also a performance by Leona Lewis, she performed about 5 songs. The after Party was pretty live as well. NYFW Spring 2012 Recap: Rachel Roy SS12 Presentation

During Fashion Week, I was invited to the Rachel Roy SS12 presentation. This was a great experienced and I felt honored to be one of the guests in attendance. This collection was viewed on the patio of the Avery Fisher Hall at the Lincoln Center. As expected, a few celebrities came out to view Rachel Roy's collection. Two of the celebrities in attendance that I had the honor of meeting was Kim Kardashian and singer Corinne Bailey Ray. Check out a few of the photos below uploaded directly from my camera.

Never Forgotten, Forever Greatful...

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of 9/11, State Farm partnered with award-winning director Spike Lee to film a touching tribute to thank the heroes of New York. Nearly 150 school children (ages 8-11) from the New York City area, visited four firehouses and thanked the firefighters through song.

New Video: "Mr.Rager" by Kid Cudi

A few days ago Kid Cudi released his theatrical music video for "Mr.Rager", this video coincides with the release of his new jacket collaboration with Surface to Air. I've always wondered what kind of jacket Kid Cudi was wearing in his latest videos, I think the collaboration is dope. Check out the video below along with a few pictures of the jacket.
