Sneakerheads for Haiti
Yesterday we put the word out to all who we could reach by email, twitter, Facebook, and the website to try to get shoes down to Haiti for those in need following the tragic events that took place this week. We got in touch with Soles4Souls to put together something where sneakerheads across Austin and the US could help out. Thanks to all of those who retweeted, forwarded emails, and told their friends to help in the effort.
Please, please, please, give what you can and at the very least tell your friends in the community about this effort. Together the sneaker community can make a huge impact and provide shoes to the people of Haiti. Below are three easy ways to help.
1) Text “SHOES” to 20222 to donate $5 to Soles4Souls.
2) Send any new or gently worn shoes to:
Sneakerheads for Haiti
Soles4Souls, Inc.
315 Airport Road
Roanoke, AL 36274
3) Tell all your friends, family, coworkers, classmates about this effort.
